Welcome to Health Services
Our Health Services Department works with students, parents, and other staff as necessary to help make each student a healthier learner. Our district employs one certificated School Nurse Supervisor, two Certificated School Nurses, and one LPN who perform a variety of duties including: assessing student health needs; providing in-service trainings for staff; conducting health screenings; overseeing medication and maintenance of student health records; and working with the Health Department in control of communicable diseases.
In addition to our nurses, Health Services has an Assistant who monitors immunizations for state compliance; assists with screenings and supports nurses and schools as necessary.
